Nudge

FAQ

Questions worth asking

If something’s still unclear, we’re glad to hear from you.

What is Nudge?

A place to ask for a real coach when something in your life needs attention. You’ll meet privately by video, then receive a written reflection from your conversation so you can revisit what mattered.

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy treats mental health conditions with clinical care. Coaching helps you think, choose, and move—with skill and warmth, but without diagnosis or treatment. If you need a therapist, that relationship is sacred; we’re something different.

How does Rapid Coaching work?

You say you’re ready. We look for the first coach who can take you. You meet for fifteen live minutes—eye to eye, heart to heart, about what you’re holding.

How long is a session?

Each conversation is fifteen minutes—long enough to go deep, short enough to honor the rest of your life waiting outside the door.

Are coaches real people?

Yes. Every session is with a trained human coach—someone who has walked alongside others and continues to grow in their craft.

What happens after a session?

You receive a gentle written summary drawn from your time together—themes, nudges, and next steps you can return to when the week gets noisy.

Is my session private?

Privacy is foundational. Details about how video and notes are handled will live in our privacy materials as we finalize them for launch.

Can I choose my coach?

Right now we focus on care that arrives soon: matching you with the next coach who can say yes. Over time we may open more choice.

Is this for emergencies?

No. If you or someone else is unsafe, call emergency services or a crisis line you trust. Nudge is for support—not survival response.

How do coaches join?

Through conversation with our team—credentials, fit, and alignment with how we hold clients. The Coaches page is the place to raise your hand.
